Monday, 2 March, 2015 Helpling.com.au, the global platform for booking home cleaning services, yesterday volunteered at the 25th Clean Up Australia Day.

As official sponsors at the main site in Kings Cross, the local team led the charge cleaning up Rushcutters Bay.

Celebrating the country’s biggest community participation event where Aussies are encouraged to get stuck in and clean up their local area, Bevan Nel, Managing Director of Helpling Australia commented: “Clean Up Australia Day was a great initiative for our local team to get involved with, providing an opportunity to roll up our sleeves and help to keep Australia beautiful.”

The Clean Up Australia Day Rubbish Report estimated that in NSW alone more than 5,638 tons of rubbish would be collected.
